Goblin Direct-To-Screen system

OYO Instruments is proud to introduce its latest equipment entry into the screen printing industry, the Goblin direct-to-screen system.

The Goblin is the baby brother to the Diablo DTS, which has proven itself as the fastest and most flexible direct-to-screen product for the textile market. The Goblin provides the same killer speeds and quality as its older sibling, only it does so in a smaller and more affordable package.

Eliminate the need for film output. Not only will the Goblin save money by eliminating this step in the screen making process, but even more importantly, time.

This table top device accepts the most commonly used frame sizes in a textile print shop, up to 23” x 31”.­ Screens lock in quickly and precisely, translating to accurate image placement and easy press setups.

The Goblin applies an image mask to a coated  screen in less than a minute per frame. The washable mask is applied with a thermal transfer process, that eliminates the use of film, ink, toner and chemicals.  This Goblin is truly green.

The system is driven by a software RIP program that not only provides front-end speed, but allows the customization of print settings, separation previews, and a job queue so the Goblin never has to sit idle. Mac and PC options are available.
